Transportation, Lodging & Meals

By default, we provide orientation transportation via bus line. (Some drivers may qualify for a flight instead.) You also have the option to be reimbursed for travel expenses if you choose to arrange your own transportation. Reimbursements require original receipts and are capped at the price of the bus fare.

Double-occupancy lodging is provided at no cost. Single-occupancy rooms are optional in Nashville (if available) and require pre-payment equal to half of the room cost. (Ask your recruiter for details!)

Meals are provided at our 4 terminal locations where we currently have orientation (CA, TN, VA and PA).

• Fill out the online application: If you haven't already, click here to apply. If you have already applied, check with your recruiter to make sure it is complete and up-to-date.
• Send in any required paperwork: To make the hiring process as smooth as possible, please be sure to have all necessary documentation turned in as requested by your recruiter BEFORE you arrive. This can include certificates, transcripts, DOT Physical paperwork, accident reports, travel permits, receipts, personal statements, etc.
• Background Check Authorization: We strive to have all background checks completed prior to orientation. To do that, we MUST have completed verification release forms authorizing us to perform pre-employment inquires. These forms are included in our online application except for Clearinghouse consent, which will need to be provided separately. (Work with your recruiter on this!) The sooner we get this information, the sooner we can complete our pre-employment screening and get you taken care of.
• Student transcripts: If you are a recent trucking school graduate, please fax or email your completion certificate and transcript prior to arrival. If you are unable to do so, please bring these documents with you and present them upon arrival to Day 1 orientation.

• Driver’s License
• Social Security Card, Birth Certificate or valid U.S. Passport
• Work Authorization / Permanent Resident Card (if applicable)
• DOT Medical Card and DOT Physical Long Form
• A Voided Check or Direct Deposit Form from your bank
• Social Security numbers and birth dates for any dependents to be covered by health benefits
• Work boots and/or tennis shoes (sandals/flip-flops are not permitted on the yard)
• Flatbed drivers: Work boots (preferably steel-toe) are required, as well as long sleeves and full-length pants/jeans
• Recent grads: Truck driving school certificate & transcripts; Tuition/proof of payment documents for tuition reimbursement (if eligible)
• Sleeping bag/bedding for truck
• Funds to cover personal expenses out on the road until your first paycheck arrives
